On November 7, Atyrau Refinery began the production and shipment of diesel fuel with the maximum filterability temperature (MFT) minus 25C of the K5 emission standard.
This is a new product for the refinery with a reduced amount of paraffins, obtained thanks to the unit of the Deep Oil Refining Complex constructed for hydrotreating and dewaxing of Prime D diesel fuel.
To date, 4000 tons of this oil product have been shipped from the refinery.
In MFT-25 diesel fuel there are no additives that affect low-temperature properties - it is a pure product of the technological process.
It should be reminded that before the completion of the modernization, Atyrau Refinery produced winter diesel fuel with MFT -15C and -25C of K3 emission standard with additives.
