From October 19, 2017, Atyrau Refinery began producing winter diesel fuel K2 and K3 emission standards of Technical Regulations of Customs Union with a maximum filterability temperature of minus 15 C, and from October 26, the limiting filterability temperature will be reduced to minus 25 C.
The fuel produced will contain a minimum amount of additives, which in turn guarantees that the properties of the fuel will be preserved during storage, as well as its high performance characteristics due to the introduction of an antiwear additive.
The winter diesel fuel shipments will remain at the level of the approved indicators.
